A Nadadora

Costa da Morte, 1990s. Nico is a young girl who spends her days poaching alongside her father, Tano, a former heroin addict who shares his profits with her. But sometimes, a strange noise creeps into Nico’s mind. The world goes dark, and she loses consciousness, only to wake up somewhere else, with no memory of how she got there. As these absences become part of her life, Nico begins to venture into the unknown depths of her own mind, discovering something unexpected in the darkness: a strength that makes her feel less alone.
