Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 September 2026
These terms govern your use of aWatch. By signing in or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
aWatch lets you keep a watchlist of movies and TV shows, track your progress through episodes, and follow upcoming releases. We provide it as-is and free of charge, and we may change or discontinue it at any time without notice.
Your account
You sign in with your Discord account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything done through it on aWatch. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or break these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to aWatch or its backend. Do not use the service for anything unlawful. We allow automated access beyond normal browser use only with our written consent.
Third-party content
Titles, artwork, descriptions and release dates are provided by third-party databases such as TMDB and remain the property of their owners. aWatch does not host that content and makes no guarantee that it is accurate or complete.
Your data
Your watchlist, progress and settings belong to you. You can delete your account at any time, which removes that data. The privacy notice describes how we handle personal data.
No warranty
aWatch is provided without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use aWatch after a change means you accept the updated terms.
