Ryo Akanishi

Ryo Akanishi (born April 14, 1989, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan) is a Japanese actress, adult video performer, and stripper. She previously worked as a child entertainer before beginning her adult entertainment career. Akanishi made her adult video debut with S1 and later announced her retirement in 2009. She subsequently returned to the industry under the names Mahiru and Ayami, using the latter for numerous productions beginning in 2011. She returned to the name Ryo Akanishi in 2012. She also made her debut as a striptease performer at Shinjuku New Art in June 2011. Outside adult entertainment, Akanishi has appeared in film and television, including Oppai Chanbara (2009), the pink film Itoko Hakusho: Uzuku Inran Netsu (2009), and the television drama Tokumei Kakaricho Tadano Hitoshi (2009).
