Kit and Angela plan to wed after a whirlwind romance, all goes well until Kit's reluctance to introduce Angela to his Mother Helena.

As Ruth's film is transmitted, Helena learns of a deception she finds too tough to stomach, so she sets a plan to take revenge on Ruth and George.
