Wan's already in conflict with her boss when she receives a life-changing call. She rushes to the hospital only to learn that it's too late, her father has passed. After his funeral, her boss reopens their issue and, completely finished, she puts the final nail in the coffin of their conflict. With her corporate job out of the way, she can turn her attending to her father's crumbling business.
Wan struggles with understanding the workings of her father's grocery store, putting her at odds with the residents of the neighbourhood and the regulars of the store, just as Maewnam steps in to offer some advice and provide comfort. Chomphu strives hard to hide her relationship with Tonnam from her overzealous mother.
When the store's profits begin to mysteriously disappear, Wan and Maewnam install cameras to catch the culprit. Tonnam is uneasy about having to hide her relationship with Chomphu.
Wan's efforts to discover if Maewnam has feelings for her creates some awkwardness in between them, but a late night conversation eases her worries. Meanwhile, the arrival of a new co-worker puts a strain on Tonnam and Chomphu's relationship.
The impending opening of a chain grocery store beside Wan's and the debt piling up under her name puts immense pressure on Wan to increase her profits. While helping in every way that she can, Maewnam worries about a piece of information that may ruin her relationship with Wan.
Maewnam and Wan reconcile, but Wan is conflicted about continuing with the grocery store. As she reconnects with her father's friend and reminisces over her father's importance in her life, she seemingly comes to a decision. Meanwhile, Chomphu plans on introducing Tonnam to her mother.
Renovations are underway at Wan's store to compete with the newly opened Mouse Mart, but the convenience of a chain store draws more and more customers to her competitors. Tonnam, now living with Chomphu and her mother, takes every opportunity to prove that she is helpful and a good partner to Chomphu.
Thanks to the popularity of the store's in-house cat Somharuthai, sales pick up, much to the delight of Maewnam and Wan. But problems soon arise, putting a dent in Wan's optimism. With their relationship finally out in the open, Tonnam and Chomphu are less than delighted with the reaction they receive from Chomphu's mother.
Interference from Maewnam's mother, the presence of Wan's ex-girlfriend, and the deterioration of the store's popularity puts a strain on Wan and Maewnam's already fragile relationship. Chomphu and Tonnam continue to be affected by the cold response they received from Chomphu's mother about their relationship.
With all the obstacles out of the way, Wan and Maewnam are ready to begin their lives together. But when an opportunity from Wan's past comes her way, she has a choice to make about her future, and that of the store's.
