Men of Affairs

Ovis' poor command of French lands his minister in hot water when he takes him to meet several prostitutes instead of a delegation from the Women's Lib organisation.

Sir William postpones holiday in Paris to spend time with his latest conquest Susie. As they're out to dinner, a burglar breaks in but is disturbed by Sir William's wife and Ovis.

Ovis has to warn his minister that the beautiful girl he is with is in fact a Russian agent.

Can it be true that Ovis actually connived at the theft of some of the minister's treasures? Mistaken identities don't help the inspector, but Ovis is set for a happy ending.

For once, more sinned against than sinning, Sir William learns what it feels like to be deceived: his Lady wife seems to have become a woman of affairs.
