Howdy Doody is joined by Ranger Bill, Captain Scuttle Butt, Percival Parrot, Dilly Dally, and Princess Haida. The Captain sings, Blow The Man Down, and tells them a story about his adventures. Movie time features a film about a colt, which is narrated by Ranger Bill. Both Phineas T. Bluster and the Captain receive packages in the mail.
