Somewhat Familiar

As he begins the journey of becoming a father alongside his husband Ben, Pedro Andrade travels to Italy to understand a reality completely opposite to his own: that of same-sex families affected by the law that has made surrogacy a universal crime. Pedro meets the couple Luca and Salvatore, who face the dilemma of becoming parents to a child that will not be recognized by the Italian government. Together with his husband, Pedro goes to Hawaii to meet Whitney, who is pregnant with their daughter.
