Namgung and Mi-do first met at the age of seven and began dating at twenty-six. Now in their tenth year together, the love they once believed would last forever begins to buckle under the weight of time. As their relationship changes, they are forced to confront the realities of love and life.
After ten years together, Mi-do and Namgung are struggling with their break up. Not even a romantic couples event can rekindle the spark between them, yet memories of the love they once shared keep pulling them back.
Mi-do clashes with Tae-seung over her decision to leave the film, while Namgung repeatedly butts heads with Soo-ah as she digs into the sweet potato scandal. As the two find themselves increasingly entangled with other people, they begin to wonder if their relationship can really survive.
As Namgung and Soo-ah’s complicated past comes to light, Mi-do accepts Tae-seung’s offer in hopes of returning to directing. Namgung draws a line with Soo-ah, refusing to join her investigation into the sweet potato scandal, but the four soon find themselves caught in an unexpected whirlwind of tangled emotions.
