A distraught Felix is summoned to the IRS office for what turns out to be a minor concern, but ends up accidentally convincing them to audit Oscar.
Felix asks Oscar to help him raise money for his theater group. And what they do is have a Casino night. Oscar wins all of the money and intends to use it to play in a pool game with a guy he played with earlier. He promises to donate the winnings to the group. Thing is when he goes to play him, he discovers that the guy is great player who tricked him and he doesn't know if he can beat him.
When Oscar wins a new car with Felix supplying the answers, they are persuaded to share it, but find themselves squabbling over it.
When Felix tries to give away a spare concert ticket, he and Oscar are charged with ticket scalping for which Felix wants to fight in court.
