Wiktor becomes the head of the OPS at a difficult time. A flood puts the center under pressure. Meanwhile, one of the girls is brutally attacked.

Karolina, who lives in extreme poverty, ends up in the ER as a result of a school brawl. Alina asks for Wiktor's help. Will the tragedy be prevented?

Jacek, a struggling addict, teaches history in high school. His son Rafał helps as much as he can, but their financial situation is getting worse.

Mika witnesses a homeless woman having an epileptic seizure, who is expertly assisted by another homeless person – a man they call Count Witek.

Edyta, a victim of domestic abuse, has not been at the center for a while because of her husband. Worried, Mika asks Wiktor to visit Edyta together.

A famous actor, Tomasz, will play the lead role in the movie "Game of the Homeless." He visits the center to help prepare himself for the part.

Ailing Helena does not want to live in the shelter. The center employees find her daughter, revealing some horrific facts from the past.

A 13-year-old girl is found unconscious at a construction site with no documents. When Sylvian comes to, it turns out she was kidnapped for marriage.

Fifteen-year-old Marek looks after his two siblings by himself. Their dream is to find their parents who left in search of work.

Stefan, a well-known war photojournalist using a wheelchair due to injuries he got on a mission in Afghanistan, can't come to terms with his handicap.

Asia faints in class. It turns out she has anemia and old and fresh bruises on her body. A talk with her mother's neighbors paints a gloomy picture.

Wiktor argues with his minister colleague about helping the homeless. The victims are helped by Krystyna and her new "Hope" Foundation.
